Mystery Shopping provides you with an opportunity to help improve the customer service offered by businesses throughout Australia. Yours is an important role. The success of Mystery Shopping depends upon your integrity and the client's confidence that your assignments are conducted professionally, honestly and objectively.
To sign up as a new Mystery Shopper please review the documents below (especially the Shopper Training Manual) and then use the Register link below the login area on the right of this page.
Registration for New Zealand Shoppers.
Please send an email to allocations@hoed.co.nz stating your full name, address, telephone number (home and mobile) and a list of those postcodes that you are willing to shop. You will be contacted by our NZ office soon thereafter.

The second document gives an outline of our expectations for the process of completing your report, and contains information in regards to selecting and completing an assignment, as well as how to contact us for help as needed.
