The more you enter the greater the chances of getting Assignments that earn you money. Also, always check the Notices page.

  Important for new and existing shoppers,

 ** Several Clients have indicated concerns about the high number of Assignments being undertaken by a few Shoppers in a limited period of time, they perceive it can affect quality.  This issue and our desire to ensure a fairer distribution of work for all of our Shoppers will mean that we will be monitoring the total number of Assignments held by Shoppers from time to time. If we deem the total number held to be excessive then we will de-allocate them from the shopper and insert into the Available Assignments pool. Excessive is defined as more than 30 Assignments in a 30 day period. Thank you for your understanding.

Reminder for ALL Shoppers - SELECTING ASSIGNMENTS.

Please be considerate to other shoppers when selecting Assignments, do not select an Assignment unless you are reasonably sure that you can complete it.

We understand that there may be situations when you may be unable to complete an Assignment, if so please ‘Remove’ the Assignment from your ‘Current Assignment’ list as early as possible.  We will be concerned if we notice that this becomes a regular occurrence for a Shopper, if so after a period of time the Shopper may be removed from Mystery Shopping.  Once you are removed as a shopper you will not be able to re-register.
