Yours is an important role. The success of Mystery Shopping depends upon your integrity and the client's confidence that your assignments are conducted professionally, honestly and objectively.

To sign up as a new Mystery Shopper please review the documents below (especially the Shopper Training Manual) and then use the Register link situated below the login area on the right of this page.

Registration for New Zealand Shoppers.

Please send an email to allocations@hoed.co.nz stating your full name, address, telephone number (home and mobile) and a list of those postcodes that you are willing to shop. You will be contacted by our NZ office soon thereafter.

Please be advised that by clicking "submit" and entering data into a survey, you agree that you have fully read, understood and followed all job instructions.

We expect that you have truthfully completed the assignment as directed. 

Penalties will apply for any shopper found to be falsifying data.
