Please note that office hours are 9am - 5pm AEST/AEDT Monday to Friday. Hoed's offices are not staffed on weekends. The preferred method of contact is via email. Profile changes, eg change of contact details and address, holidays, shopping areas can all be updated on-line by you.

Quality Controllers read and edit every questionnaire completed by a shopper. Contact Quality Control for queries arising from the completion of the questionnaires or the entry of the data into the Shopper Portal.
